Review: 2018 Jaguar F-PACE

While Jaguar introduced its first SUV to the market just last year, the F-PACE has already earned the No. 1 spot in Kelley Blue Book’s Consumer Ratings. We’re not surprised by its steep rise in popularity, but you’re probably wondering why drivers in Albany and beyond are so enthusiastic about the 2018 Jaguar F-PACE

We invite you to come to Jaguar Albany and take one for a test drive to see why it’s quickly becoming a top-seller. But first, check out our full review:

The 2018 F-PACE comes in six trims - F-PACE, Premium, Prestige, R-Sport, S, and Portfolio – and has four engine options, all with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The base engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 that makes 247 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque, and there’s a version of the same engine that makes 296 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The diesel model (a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4) is the most fuel efficient, getting up to 33 MPG, and makes 180 horsepower and 318 lb-ft of torque.
The F-PACE S is the most performance-focused trim. It’s powered by a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine with all-wheel drive, and churns out 380 ponies and 332 lb-ft of torque. The S model goes from zero to 60 in 5.1 seconds, shattering your expectations of what an SUV can achieve.
